For most of our services, we provide fixed-price quotes once we know what the issue is in your home and how we can resolve it. As such, your local engineer will give you a free, no-obligation quote before they start any work.
There are some exceptions, particularly when we need to assess, test, or diagnose existing systems, simply because these can take extra time.
Sometimes, it’s not possible to provide a quote before the job starts. Larger jobs may also be difficult to assess. In these scenarios, you’ll receive an hourly rate for the job at hand, once everything has been established.
